<description>Title: SymPleco: Making Precision Sequestration Sym-ple Description: SymPleco is a phage-based platform that revolutionizes remediation. Bridging the gap between high-surface-area adsorbents and biological binders, SymPleco creates a novel toolbox for scalable, high-specificity, bulk adsorption. Using enzymatic (Sortase A) ligation and experimentally-proven built-in biosafety, we’ve created a highly modular system that allows us to tailor the M13 phage to sequester multiple different targets separately or at the same time for a variety of important applications. From our early days of cloning to our final stakeholder conversations, this video highlights our work. After all, some solutions stick around. Ours sticks to the target.
