        <description>Title: TetraxSkin Description: TetraxSkin : DNA Tetrahedra-Mediated High-Value Utilization of Ginseng By-products via S.cerevisiae toward Multidimensional Skincare Products.To address the high costs, low utilization, and resource waste of traditional ginseng-derived cosmetic ingredients, this project utilizes synthetic biology to engineer Saccharomyces cerevisiae as a sustainable platform for producing Compound K (CK)—a highly bioactive ginsenoside with anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anti-aging properties. Concurrently, ginseng polysaccharides are enzymatically broken down into low-molecular-weight oligosaccharides to act as efficient moisturizing agents. To optimize skin delivery and stability, CK is loaded onto DNA tetrahedral nanostructures (tFNA). The ultimate goal is to formulate a high-performance facial mask combining tFNA-CK for advanced skin barrier repair and ginseng oligosaccharides for deep hydration. By integrating synthetic biology, nanotechnology, and green biomanufacturing, this project delivers a sustainable, highly efficient approach to producing high-value skincare ingredients, showcasing the potential of advanced biotechnology in next-generation cosmetics.
