<title>Squirrel-Beijing: Demonstration of the 2nd generation sampling system (2026) [English]</title>
        <link>https://video.igem.org/videos/watch/1e6cbb20-b6cf-496c-ad6a-030a974c91a3</link>
<description>This video shows the digitalized Gen 2 workflow: after sampling, a phone recognizes the unique code printed on the tube body, automatically logging the sampling time and GPS coordinates; a photo of the tube is analyzed by an algorithm to extract fluorescence brightness and convert it into a contamination level; multi-point data merge automatically into a contamination heatmap that can be exported to plan on-demand drone spraying. Recording and data no longer depend on paper. https://2026.igem.wiki/squirrel-beijing</description>
