        <description>Title: Fel d1 Eraser: A Pet‑Friendly Neutralizing Spray That Enzymatically Degrades the Cat Allergen Fel d1 Description: As allergic reactions triggered by the cat allergen Fel d 1 become increasingly common, existing management strategies generally suffer from limitations such as incomplete degradation, poor safety, and difficulty in large-scale application, which greatly hinder the harmonious coexistence between allergic individuals and their pets. We aim to construct a safe, efficient, and precisely controllable Fel d 1 degradation system, complete product development tailored to practical scenarios. Using synthetic biology approaches, we achieve precise optogenetic regulation of enzyme activity, ultimately forming a product format consisting of a light-protective spray paired with a portable blue light activator. This study not only provides a safe pathway for heterologous expression of proteases, establishes standardized synthetic biology components, and expands the application scenarios of light-controlled enzyme systems, but also addresses the root cause of cat allergy symptoms, promotes harmonious human–pet coexistence, and offers a new paradigm for the management of pet allergies.
