This video shows a 100 ns molecular dynamics simulation of the Gpr2 N84V variant with ascr#18 in a membrane environment. Trajectory analysis identified persistent Arg189 anchoring of the ligand’s carboxylate group, accompanied by Lys364 contacts with its sugar group. These interactions provide a structural explanation for how the ligand maintains this binding pose. The receptor is shown in pale purple and ascr#18 in coral pink. Simulation and visualization: NKU-China 2026 team. Wiki: https://2026.igem.wiki/nku-china/model-md/
