<description>Title: AEGIS : Acid-rEsponsive self-assemblinG RGD-ES/KS peptides for tumor Invasion Suppression under weak acid conditions Description: We are developing an intelligent biomaterial that senses the acidic tumor microenvironment and self-assembles into micron-scale structures under tumor conditions. The system integrates an acid-responsive scaffold (ES) and an RGD peptide tag to achieve controlled assembly and tumor-targeted regulation. Through systematic optimization, RGD-6ES was identified as the optimal candidate, demonstrating the ability to inhibit lung cancer cell proliferation, migration, and adhesion in vitro. This biomaterial provides a promising strategy for developing localized postoperative implants to prevent tumor recurrence and invasion, with potential for further functional expansion.
