BioMiner is an open-source literature mining tool for microbiome–disease association research. Given any disease name (e.g., Colorectal cancer), it automatically completes a four-step pipeline: discovering candidate bacteria from PubMed reviews, validating strain names against a local NCBI Taxonomy database, fetching abstracts with BioPython Entrez, and then using SciSpacy to determine the polarity of each evidence sentence, finally generating per-bacterium visualizations and cross-bacterium global comparison reports. https://2026.igem.wiki/zjut-china/software
