Title: SUNRISE: A New Dawn in the Fight Against Antimicrobial Resistance Description: Antibiotic resistance is spreading fast, and new drug development can't keep up. The SUNRISE System takes a different approach: instead of creating new antibiotics, we make existing ones work again. Using an AI-designed protein adaptor (TPD Module), SUNRISE recognizes and degrades bacterial resistance proteins via the bacterium's own protease. An engineered phage-based injector (CPI Module) delivers this adaptor directly into bacteria — with no nucleic acids involved, ensuring high biosafety. AI-driven, modular, and all-protein — SUNRISE restores the power of antibiotics we already have. Wiki | Official Page
