        <description>Title: AI-Driven Antimicrobial Peptide Discovery: Redesigning the Future of Antibiotics Description: Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) is one of the greatest global health challenges, extending beyond human medicine into animal health, food production, and the environment. Traditional antibiotic discovery faces increasing limitations, urging the exploration of new antimicrobial strategies. In this project, we developed TAM-Flow, an AI-driven framework that enables the de novo design of antimicrobial peptides by learning hidden patterns within large-scale peptide sequence libraries. By integrating computational prediction with experimental validation, we aim to discover novel peptide candidates that balance antimicrobial activity, safety, and developability. From AI-generated sequences to laboratory-validated molecules, we bridge the gap between digital design and biological discovery, opening new possibilities for next-generation antimicrobial solutions.
