This video shows a 100 ns molecular dynamics simulation of wild-type Gpr2 with ascr#18 in a membrane environment. It follows changes in the ligand’s position within the receptor and provides a reference for comparison with the N84V and V368R variants. Trajectory analysis identified Arg11 and Lys364 contacts with the ligand’s carboxylate group. The receptor is shown in pale purple and ascr#18 in coral pink. Simulation and visualization: NKU-China 2026 team. Wiki: https://2026.igem.wiki/nku-china/model-md/
