        <description>Title: Kele Patch: Microneedle-delivered RNA therapy for Keloid Scars Description: Keloids are scars that never stop growing. They are pathological scars in which fibroblasts proliferate uncontrollably and deposit excess collagen, expanding beyond the boundary of the original wound. Current treatments such as corticosteroid injection, surgical excisions, and radiotherapy act on the tissue indiscriminately, and recurrence rates often remain high. Using RADAR, a programmable RNA sensor, our therapy detects keloid fibroblast-specific mRNAs and releases an antifibrotic payload specifically inside cells carrying the keloid transcriptomic signature. A microneedle array patch delivers the lipid nanoparticles carrying the RADAR construct into the target scar area. Official Page</description>
