        <description>Title: A BRET‑Based Biosynthesized Self‑Luminescent CdSe Quantum‑Dot System in Engineered Yeast Description: Conventional bioimaging probes including fluorescent proteins, luciferases and quantum dots suffer from notable drawbacks. To tackle these limitations, we engineered yeast to build an intracellular self‑luminescent CdSe quantum‑dot system relying on BRET. CdSe quantum dots are biosynthesized inside yeast cells. Free from external excitation, our system generates long‑wavelength signals and shows promising prospects for diverse in‑vivo biological investigations. Official Page</description>
