Confocal time-lapse of yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) expressing the calcium reporter GCaMP6f, colony 6, with 10 mM calcium and 5 mM cadmium chloride. Green fluorescence only (488 nm excitation). Five minutes of recording, one frame every 2.5 s, play at about 25x real time. Individual cells switch on during cadmium exposure, so more cells are fluorescent at the end than at the start. No narration. Credits: iGEM Saarland 2026 (team OWLET). Imaging on a Nikon Ti2 / AX confocal. Team wiki: https://2026.igem.wiki/saarland/results
