Title: High-throughput framework for screening therapeutic siRNA cocktails in hyperlipidemia Description: Hyperlipidemia affects approximately one in three people worldwide, contributing to heart attacks and strokes. Because multiple genes and their genetic isoforms can influence cholesterol regulation, targeting many sites at once through siRNA cocktails can provide a more effective therapy. Our project, High-Throughput Screening of Therapeutic siRNA Cocktails in Hyperlipidemia, tackles hyperlipidemia by using AI-powered, high-throughput screening to identify optimal siRNA cocktails. By screening thousands of combinations efficiently, we aim to accelerate the development of therapies for hyperlipidemia and potentially other diseases. Wiki | Official Page
