        <title>McMaster-Canada: VNp2–mNeonGreen Spontaneous Membrane Desorption (2026)</title>

<description>Coarse-grained molecular dynamics simulation (Martini 3) of a VNp2–mNeonGreen fusion protein at a model bacterial inner membrane (POPE/POPG/cardiolipin). Over the trajectory the amphipathic VNp2 tag detaches from the bilayer surface and the fusion drifts away into solution, consistent with VNp2’s weak preference for the membrane. The tag is shown in gold, the mNeonGreen cargo in green, and the membrane in grey. Rendered in VMD. Wiki: https://2026.igem.wiki/mcmaster/ https://2026.igem.wiki/mcmaster-canada</description>
