Title: Aptamer-functionalized Paper Chip: A Rapid Screening Concept for Endometriosis Description: Endometriosis is a disease with severe diagnostic delay and unmet demand for convenient early screening. Our team designed an aptamer-functionalized paper-based sensing platform targeting relevant inflammatory biomarkers. In this video, we introduce our motivation, human practice survey, biomarker selection via transcriptome data analysis, aptamer design and molecular dynamics simulation, wet-lab characterization of the aptamer, and our prototype paper chip concept. This work serves as a risk-screening concept, not a certified clinical diagnostic test. All simulation results and prototype designs are clearly marked in our video. You can explore more raw data, protocols and human practice records on our team Wiki. Wiki | Official Page
