In our efforts to introduce broader audiences to synthetic biology, we collaborated with a team of incredibly talented animators, led by Queena Lynette Crasta, to create an animated video explaining recombinant DNA (rDNA) technology. For its colourful art style and beautifully drawn visuals, it quickly became a favourite among the campaigns we ran. The video is written and illustrated to demonstrate how rDNA technology is used for plasmid assembly. https://2026.igem.wiki/mit-mahe
