This video documents the standard aseptic workflow and daily laboratory routine of HUBU-WUHAN during the 2026 iGEM season. The footage follows a team member working at the laminar flow hood, lighting an alcohol burner to maintain a sterile zone, and carefully using a micropipette to inoculate liquid media in flasks and culture tubes. Following the aseptic transfer, the workspace is neatly organized, the culture tubes are properly labeled at the lab bench, and the samples are placed into the shaking incubator for cultivation. This recording highlights the precision, biosafety awareness, and standardized workflow that our wet-lab team follows every day to ensure reliable experimental results for our iGEM project. It contains background music and no spoken narration. Performed and recorded by: HUBU-WUHAN, iGEM 2026, Team #6049. Category: Wet Lab / Laboratory Routine. https://2026.igem.wiki/hubu-wuhan
