        <description>Title: FELIX：Feline Extermination Lipase (Spray) &amp; RNAi Interference eXecution Platform Description: Feline infectious peritonitis (FIP), caused by mutated feline coronavirus (FCoV), remains a fatal disease with no cure. Current strategies lack an integrated solution covering environmental contamination, early intestinal infection, and established FIP. We introduce FELIX — a Anticoronavirus Nanoplatform for Noninvasive, Integrated Host &amp; Environmental Viral Lysis &amp; Antiviral Therapy . It is a unified EcNbased system designed to eliminate FCoV at every stage. Our threepronged strategy: Front 1 – Environmental disinfection: Engineered lipases EST29 and LIP29 degrade the viral lipid envelope, neutralizing viruses before host contact. Front 2 – Gut prophylaxis: EcN (E. coli Nissle 1917) continuously produces RNAi molecules targeting conserved FCoV sequences, clearing intestinal viruses before they mutate into FIPV. Front 3 – Therapeutic intervention: When FIP develops, the same EcN platform delivers RNAi therapeutics systemically to silence mutated viral genes, blocking replication and halting disease progression.
