This video shows a 100 ns molecular dynamics simulation of the Gpr2 N84V variant with ascr#3 in a membrane environment. Analysis identified Lys364 contacts with the ligand’s carboxylate group and intermittent Arg181 hydrogen bonds. This trajectory provides a comparison with the persistent Arg189 anchoring observed in N84V–ascr#18. The receptor is shown in pale purple and ascr#3 in blue. Simulation and visualization: NKU-China 2026 team. Wiki: https://2026.igem.wiki/nku-china/model-md/
