        <description>Title: Chariot: A Platform Technology for OMV-based Therapeutics Description: Bacterial outer membrane vesicles (OMVs) are promising drug delivery vector and vaccine platforms, but their biomanufacturing is limited by low yields, high variability, and costly manufacturing. We present Chariot, an end-to-end platform for the design of vesicle nucleating peptide (VNp)-tagged therapeutics for high-yield OMV loading. We validate the use of VNp for loading various types of molecular cargo into OMVs, and highlight its benefits for combatting antimicrobial-resistant infections.
