https://2026.igem.wiki/hbut-china/ This video demonstrates the workflow of the ProVarFlow screening platform used in the IL‑2 dry-lab project. It first illustrates sequence input and analysis task configuration on the platform, followed by the invocation of relevant analysis modules, file upload and parameter setup, as well as the summary and visualization of prediction results. By integrating diverse protein analysis and evaluation tools, the platform provides multi-dimensional computational references for candidate IL-2 variants regarding structural features, binding metrics and stability. It assists researchers in comparing, screening and prioritizing candidate sequences. Designed to support dry-lab analysis and decision-making, this platform does not directly generate new protein sequences. Its computational predictions require comprehensive evaluation combined with reliable structural data and subsequent experimental validation.
