Lots of other constructs localize to this DNA sequence, and start to oligomerize together with our Oligomerization Domain (also located on the construct). Our synthetically-designed Intrinsically disordered domain causes the proteins to clump and aggregate together, forming a liquid liquid phase condensate, blocking the polymerase from accessing any DNA.
