Title: AI-Powered Enzyme Recommendation: From Reaction to Metabolic Network Description: Finding the right enzyme is often one of the most time-consuming steps in synthetic biology. Our team developed an AI-powered substrate-product enzyme recommendation system that helps researchers identify suitable enzymes from a target reaction. By simply providing the substrate and product, users can rapidly obtain the Top 3 candidate enzymes through database comparison and catalytic mechanism analysis. Beyond individual recommendations, our system further connects compounds and their catalyzing enzymes into an interactive metabolic network, helping researchers explore possible reaction pathways more intuitively. Through AI, we hope to make enzyme discovery faster, pathway design smarter, and synthetic biology more accessible. Official Page
