        <description>Title: CellApp: Compartmentalization via Engineered Liquid-Liquid Phase Separation for Achieving Programmable Protein Regulation Description: Synthetic biology has long sought to improve metabolic efficiency through compartmentalization, yet engineering dynamic and reversible compartments in prokaryotes remains a major challenge. Traditional rigid protein scaffolds often impair enzyme activity and lack orthogonal control. To address these challenges, our project developed a tunable dynamic membrane-less organelle toolbox in E. coli based on liquid-liquid phase separation. Specifically, we designed several orthogonal modules that respectively enable long-term static sequestration, reversible condensation in response to rapid light-controlled aggregation, temperature and pH, and intein-mediated repeated enzyme swapping. These modules collectively provide programmable, reversible and orthogonal control of compartmentalization. Our toolbox offers a versatile platform for regulation in synthetic biology, promoting efficient biomanufacturing. Official Page</description>
