<description>Diana is the free, open-source web app from iGEM Team UMA-Malaga 2026 for designing CRISPR-Cas13 guide RNAs. This tour starts from a disease and ends with a plate map: find its ClinVar variants (disease names and codes from the Monarch Initiative), design ranked spacers on both strands, check off-targets (Bowtie) and RNA folding (ViennaRNA), and build the complete gRNA with its FORNA diagram. It then shows the shortlist and exports, combinatorial pooling onto 96/384-well plates, and decoding a screen. Guides are computational candidates to be validated in the lab. Variant lists come from live ClinVar data and are not clinical statements.
