NTHU: AeroSense Trypsin-Benzamidine MD Positive Control (2026)

Trypsin–benzamidine positive-control pilot for the guided ligand-displacement workflow. Saved atomic positions show a nominal 0.20 nm/ns pulling target followed by force-free release. At 11.200 ns the original binding pose is lost (zero native atom-pair contacts); contact with the protein remains. This illustrates displacement under applied force and does not measure spontaneous dissociation kinetics or odorant-receptor activation. English on-screen annotations; no audio.
