        <description>Title: CABOMB Description: Our team has developed a novel targeted therapeutic strategy, which employs calcium carbonate nanoparticles as targeted delivery vehicles loaded with multi-component DNAzymes acting as smart molecular scissors. The MNAzyme is engineered to be specifically activated only in osteosarcoma cells. It cleaves critical intracellular RNAs of osteosarcoma cells, thereby triggering the Fenton reaction and calcium overload pathways to achieve selective elimination of OS cells. This project features innovatively designed modular functional units of MNAzymes and an original targeted modification of calcium carbonate nanoparticles, offering a safe, efficient and scalable combinatorial therapeutic modality for osteosarcoma treatment.
