We briefly walk through the natural UPS mechanism and the inherent limitations of native E3 ubiquitin ligases, then introduce our AI-powered solution—the Ubiquitin Code Factory (Ubik). Ubik operates through two core modules—UbiR, which drives E3 recruitment, and UbiT, which governs target-protein specificity with high precision. Finally, mapping our designed amino-acid sequence to interesting music, we showcase the key developmental milestones for targeted protein degradation (TPD) made possible by our AI-driven research pipeline.
