Heidelberg: 12h HEK cell timelapse on the OpenFlexure, defocused passes filled by interpolation (2026)

The same 12 h HEK timelapse as the corrected version, but the passes that lost focus are filled by frame interpolation between the sharp neighbours. It is a workaround for display, not a fix: the real fix was switching to darkfield, where cells give a proper focus peak. Part of the VOYAGE project by iGEM Heidelberg 2026. https://2026.igem.wiki/heidelberg
