Title: Introducing MycoVela Description: Hi! We are Genesis (BGCFullerton). We would like to introduce our project, MycoVela. As humanity progresses towards the moon, we need a sustainable way to grow food, but bringing the soil with us is not feasible. Instead, future missions plan to use the regolith found on the surface of the moon. In order for plans to effectively grow, they need a fungus called AMF to help develop in the harsh lunar regolith conditions. We plan to develop a simple carrier for AMF using bioengineered materials in order to help the fungi develop better and sustain farming on the moon for our future. Wiki | Official Page
