        <description>Title: A Portable Rapid Bacterial Detection System Mediated by Cerium-Based MOF Nanozymes Description: Foodborne pathogens can be transmitted through contaminated media such as vegetables, causing a range of illnesses from mild diarrhea, abdominal pain, and vomiting to severe fever and even hemolytic uremic syndrome. These pathogens pose a persistent threat to public health security. Therefore, the development of rapid and sensitive detection methods for foodborne pathogens is of great practical significance for early warning and effective prevention of foodborne diseases. To address this need, we have developed a novel rapid bacterial detection platform based on magnetic bead–phage receptor-binding protein coupling technology, a cerium-based MOF nanozyme (Ce-UiO-66) with alkaline phosphatase-like activity, and a smartphone application.
