Title: Introducing Patchlepsy Description: In this video we present our project, Patchlepsy, and its key results in the dry lab, wet lab and human practices activities performed by us. The aim was to create a biosensor to detect mimetic epilepsy biomarkers using toehold switches, which produces chromoproteins to report the detection. During the project, we designed and tested in silico and in vitro our toeholds, aside from developing a hardware to evaluate the chromoproteins produced and a software to integrate these results to users. Moreover, with the human practices activities we were able to interact and integrate the people with epilepsy, professionals and stakeholders in our project. Wiki | Official Page
