<description>Title: Detect the Invisible Description: This project focuses on the hidden problem of early infection of Aspergillus flavus in grain storage, and develops a biological sensing early detection scheme for the contamination risk of aflatoxins in corn and peanuts. The project selects characteristic volatile organic compounds released at each stage of Aspergillus flavus infection as identification markers, and has constructed a two-stage whole-cell biological sensor system composed of specific response promoters and luciferase operators. Currently, the engineering strain construction, calcium alginate-fixed microsphere preparation have been completed, and the feasibility of the low-cost smartphone imaging detection path has been verified. Subsequently, field sample verification in real storage scenarios will be carried out, the product form will be continuously iterated, and the technology will be promoted for practical application in grassroots grain storage scenarios.
