Our integrated automated platform achieves continuous sampling, real-time monitoring and liquid-phase processing for ethylene glycol (EG) conversion. We showcase the assembly of sensors, peristaltic pumps, control modules and the DOBOT manipulator, together with the human-computer interaction screen.

We validate the stability of our hardware under simulated waste recycling conditions. Combined with our strain and modelling work, this setup provides a feasible solution for recycling EG-rich aqueous phase generated during TPA recovery from PET depolymerization.
